motepillo - ceviche

I woke up, Went downstairs. Got on the machine. Got some coffee.... I could definitely use some motepillo right now!. My kingdom for some motepillo. Maybe I can find some mote at Wegmans and make it pillo. The pillo part is easy, the mote is the hard part. I´m sure I can find some.... of course it´s never going to taste like the one I´m dreaming about right now, but neither does the ceviche and still is pretty damn good. Speaking of ceviche...
